Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MeetIQ platform and related services (the "Service") provided by [MeetIQ Ltd] ("MeetIQ", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. The Service

MeetIQ provides an AI-native marketing intelligence workspace including form-based lead capture, signal detection, contact scoring, AI-generated outreach sequences, recommendation engines, call intelligence, CRM, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" and may change as we improve it. Some features may be in beta.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Beta features

Features marked "Beta" are provided for early access and evaluation. They may change, break, or be removed without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Beta features.

4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws including data protection, anti-spam, and electronic communications laws
  • Have a lawful basis to process the personal data of contacts you upload
  • Honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly
  • Not use the Service to send unsolicited messages that violate applicable law
  • Not use the Service to harass, defraud, defame, or harm any person
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from MeetIQ
  • Not use the Service to develop a competing product
  • Not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Not share your account credentials with people outside your organisation

You acknowledge that you are the data controller for personal data about contacts you add. MeetIQ acts as your data processor.

5. AI-generated content

MeetIQ uses AI to generate content including email sequences, summaries, recommendations, and classifications. You acknowledge that AI-generated content:

  • May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outputs that do not reflect reality
  • Should be reviewed by you before being sent, published, or relied upon
  • Does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice

You are solely responsible for any AI-generated content you choose to send or publish.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

When paid plans are introduced:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Intellectual property

MeetIQ and all related software, designs, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information and will not disclose it except as needed to perform under these Terms.

9. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where MeetIQ processes personal data on your behalf, the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum govern that processing.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetIQ's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold MeetIQ harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims related to the contact data you upload.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
